I'm an oldie but kind of starting over. I had a setback and ended up gaining back some weight. I reset my lbs lost back to 0 last week and am starting over again. I log in every day and try to be as encouraging as possible. I'll send a friend request. Good luck0

Feel free to add me peeps, I average over 200 mins of exercise a day burning at least 700+ calories, I log daily and I am always as supportive. I'm always on commenting on posts, diaries and burns. I also have some great slimming recipes for traditional english dishes if anyone wantsito still eat a fave meal but keep the weight off.
I still would like support and as much as I have the recipes I'm not always the cleanest of eaters so could do with support there.

Here here.... New as of last week.... 50 to lose.... Here off and on all day. Exercise 4-5 days a week and for a little over 30 minutes each time!!! I'm so new it hurts!!! Anyone can add me. I'm here for the long haul0
