My 2nd challenge: Befriend people who can keep me on track!

My first challenge being to lose weight!

It seems cynical of me to say but I can't help thinking that the people around me in my day to day life don't offer the help/support and motivation to keep this going. I've lost weight in the past on my own but it gets harder as the years pass by and i'm easily discouraged by family/friends.

It doesn't help either that I went straight from education into a desk job where the only activity that happens is typing at a keyboard and eating.
