50 lbs down--a milestone pic

I've been on this lifestyle change with my beautiful wife @WDEvy for 6 months now. I've been eating better (no more fast food!) and working out at least 4 times a week. My first 5K was this past December and my next one is a week from today! I feel about 100x better both physically and mentally.
The pics are below. I'm a little under half way to my goal weight, but I was too excited to not share this with you all. The pic on the left was this morning and I am at 50 lbs less than my starting weight on MFP. The pic on the right was a year ago from this past September. I believe I was hovering around 380 at that point (I started MFP at less than what I believe my highest ever weight was).
Keep up the good fight, everyone!!

Taking care of ourselves is one of the most selfish "good" things that we can do for ourselves0 -

Amazing work! I love your attitude and the simplicity of how you have done it: eat better + consistency of exercise = feeling better physically and mentally0 -
