Finding time to exercise

For those of you with young children who work, how do you find time to exercise without sacrificing time with your families? I go back to work after a year of maternity leave in just over 2 weeks. It's a struggle to find time to work out right now (either do a lonfer workout at nap time or a shorter one after baby is in bed for the night) and I'm worried its all going out the window shortly.

    You have to make it fit into your day! I workout at home in the garage I take the little one with me, she happily plays with her toys while I'm on my bike! Exercise is key to weight lost! You can do anything you put your mind to! You just have to want it badly enough! I work full time & have kids! Hope that helps you x
