I have a reunion coming up and I need to drop 20! And I lack the motivation needed! What can I do?

    Break it down into smaller goals and take it one week at a time.

    nothing gets me excited like a new work out DVD. when i need motivation i go watch trailers for the current work out DVD craze, and it really gets me pumped, and i'm always so excited to get it and start. i did insanity, i'm doing 30 shred, p90x scares me because im not strong as far as working out with weights is concerned, lol.

    if conventional work outs bore you, look for less conventional ones like dancing, belly dancing, or even join a pole fitness class.

    if you like yoga, try a hot yoga class.

    EAt food to lose weight. Eat 2-3 hrs. breakfast have protein, fast carbs, slow carbs, snack 100-200 calories for women, lunch same as breakfast, snack, dinner, snack. Keep you calories between 300-500 calories and you should lose 2 pounds each week. Drink water and exercise.:drinker:

    If you are wanting to drop 20 pounds because you used to be 20 pounds lighter, maybe take a look at some old photos? xxx
