Do yo need some support or motivation???

Hi!

My name is Adam and am currently in the process of becoming a personal trainer. Anyway I have been on MFP for a while helping people by providing personalised support and motivations messages.

I'm currently looking to help a few more people, this is because I want to try little experiment. I want to look at the accountability aspect and see how that influences weight loss. Anyway if you want more details let me know and I'll tell you, dont want to bore everyone who reads this.

So what I am offering…..

Usually it's daily messages where we talk about your food and exercise…things that went well things that didn't. But more importantly we look at how your feeling about it all. The reason for this is that a lot of the time I see people giving up its because they're mindset isn't where it should be so if we can keep focussed you're likely to get better results!
