Daily Nutrition Breakdown - macros

Hi, I'm new to MFP having used Livestrong's 'My Plate' before moving over. I think the data base is more detailed at MFP so it is making it easier for recording purposes. I also love the community area which is very vibrant and seems to get a lot of use.
I am wondering though, if there is a way to get a percentage summary of protein, fat and carb percentages of food eaten. I miss the little pie-chart from Livestrong which allowed me to check my macros. I try to work to 40/30/30 as this produces the best benefits for me for weight loss, energy, fitness and general health.
