    I'd love to join the group--how do I do it? I visited the thread but don't see where I can join. I started Phase 1 today and am doing the 7 day metabolism kick start diet this week too.

    Hi I'm Susie. I just started Jillian michaels BR and I'm one phase 1 workout 1. I have tried to add that exercise to my exercise tracker. Does anyone have any idea how many calories we are burning doing this video???

    I use a heart rate monitor and only burn about 185 calories while doing strength 1 and 2 and about 270 when doing cardio 2 ( I skipped cardio 1 because the burn wasn't that good). I weigh about 123 pounds so the calorie count would be more if you weigh more. I definitely suggest a hrm to get accurate calorie burns. I think MFP is a little too high sometimes with the amount of calories they say you burn.
