So I've heard throat having Lemon in hot or warm water in te morning aids in digestion and helps with weightloss and ears skin. I know there's no actual proof this works but has anyone here tried this or is Doing this? What are your thoughts?

I drink it all the time. With hot water. No idea if it works but I find it a good start to my day in place of my morning green tea. I think it helps with digestion personally for me and its suppose to have cleansing effects, but so does a cup of green tea or peppermint tea. I'm pregnant and I have had no issues with digestive system slowing down which they tend to do. Its a good natural remedy for colds too. But you gotta watch for acid wear on your teeth if you drink it often.

drinking water is good so do it, but it sure the heck is not going to anything but give you some hydration.

It can help with sore throat, but weight loss? I highly doubt it lol. Do you know how much sugar is in honey?

The OP wasn't asking about it helping with weight loss, nor did they mention adding honey. It's a question about lemon juice in water helping with digestion and skin care. :)

To the OP - I have found that if I'm a little backed up (not like multiple days constipated, but I went the whole day without going, which is not my norm) that if I drink a cup of warm water with a lemon juiced into it before bed that I'll typically wake up to my body clearing itself out. I don't notice any connection to anything with my skin at all, but it does seem to help get things moving a bit.
