I am looking to purchase a body fat caliper for myself and was looking for some suggestions. What brand can you recommend?
I know some people say they aren't accurate, but this is more for myself and to track progress.
Any other tips or info are welcome, thanks!

This is a great set of tools for tracking measurements:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002VAPHXW/ref=oh_details_o06_s00_i01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
If the link doesn't work, google
AccuMeasure MyoTape MT05 and AM-3000 Fitness 3000 Personal Body Fat Tester Kit
The tape measure is fantastic. The calipers are nice. The price is right.

BF calipers work best once you get down to certain levels. If you are confident in your nutrition plan and gym efforts I would simply track the measurements and keep looking in the mirror. I tried using mine early on and all I got was ridiculously low numbers that I knew were incorrect. Calipers are also not a great indicator for visceral fat (the hidden part around the organs). I know we all like tracking progress, but be confident in what you are doing and enjoy the journey. All will be good.0
