Grocery shopping?

Options
Hello guys well I always do a food shop online as I live in the valleys quite far off from decent supermarkets!
Everytime I'm doing a food shop I'm finding it's not lasting the whole week.
Could you list down some food that you buy just to give me ideas of what extra things I could include

    Raw Veggies
    Fresh Fruits
    Cheese
    Cottage Cheese
    Yogart
Fat Free, Sugar Free pudding (for snacks)
    Eggs
Nuts (raw, no salt or lightly salted; I love almonds  and sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds are great to add to salads or just to eat a handful )

We use green grocer and butcher for most stuff and supermarket for staples. These are what we include

    Swede
    Carrots
    Potatoes
    Apples
    Oranges
    Bananas
    Cauliflower
    Cabbage
    Onions
    Mushrooms

    Chicken breast
    Sausages
    Diced beef
    Bacon

    Eggs
    Milk
Hovis 400g wheatgerm bread (only 56 kcals per slice!)
    Butter
    Kerry low low cheese /spread
    Yoghurt
    Cereals

We try to have 2/3 meat free meals per week (egg/veggie dishes)
Write a weekly menu as it will provide you with a shopping list! It also takes away the whole "what shall we have for tea?" dilemma, which in our house would result in buying junk!

I have the same problem. We usually do groceries twice a week, one big shopping trip and a little one.

    Hello my dear.

Congrats on the rugby score yesterday.

I tend to find that buying frozen veg helps that situation, otherwise I keep a lot of veg in the fridge and find it keeps a bit longer that way too.

I also freeze all my meat in portions for two (myself an my significant other)
