Planned cheat day?

Do you guys have cheat days, and if you do how often are they? I want to make this a lifestyle change rather than a mere diet but recently I have been saving easter eggs and chocolates from my friends and family to eat on the 31st for an 'easter' cheat day.
Is it wrong to do stuff like this if I'm planning a lifestyle change, and will this encourage me into unhealthy habits (both mentally and physically)?

I think cheat days are very beneficial. I have cheat days maybe once a week, but I'm not stringent about it. Sometimes I'll have cheat meals throughout the week or just have fun and let go - it depends on what else I've eaten that day/how much exercise I've done.

I think you have to be clear on your goals. If I were to set aside a day and cheat, I would make sure the rest of my week was on schedule. Also, if having a cheat day doesn't fit with your fitness goals, would it be worth it to do it?

I don't, I just include what I want to eat in my daily goal.

I don't have cheat days either. I try to eat a little bit of what I fancy every now and again, as long as it stays within my daily goal limits. Take today... I have had three meals but I had a few spare calories left so have had some chocolate. Yesterday, I went out for lunch with my grandma and had pub food at lunchtime, but I didn't have any tea as I had a large lunch and wasn't hungry. Both days I have stayed within my calorie goals but had a little bit of what I fancied :)
