Migraines

When ever I experience physical or emotional stress I get a migraine. This has been a challenge for me because when I eat less and exercise it can sometimes be enough "stress" to cause a migraine. Does anyone else struggle with this or have any suggestions?

There has only been one thing that has worked for me: Cutting out caffeine. I used to go through a bottle of Excedrin Migraine a month for the migraines - have for most of my life. Out of desperation I switched to decaf coffee and now only have the occasional Coca Cola. Migraines - absolutely gone. I am astounded and wish I'd tried this years ago.0
