I almost never buy farm raised fish over wild caught but I was wondering if there was a way to get the nutritional information on the fresh seafood one would buy at the counter? I would obviously know the weight from when I made my purchase but do they have the nutritional info if asked?

probably not. just look it up later once you've got the weight info. i'm sure you know this, but farm-raised fish are higher in fat and omega 6s and slightly lower in protein and omega 3s, and wild vice versa - but unfortunately wild have higher levels of mercury... so it's kind of a lose lose. still love fish though, so I eat it once or twice a week.0
