Hi, Im new to this.. I've been working on my own and lost nine lbs and now I need more motivation to lose the last 28lbs. I have been playing around on this website and I think that im really gonna love it.. So today is day one of my new lease on life.

Hello everyone! I am new to myfitnesspal.com. I think this website is a really cool way to track your weight-loss progress. It also motivates you to stay away from those bad foods once you tally your calories up (lol). It's very motivating to see so many people working toward achieving weight loss, this lets me know that I am not alone. I have made alot of progress since I started losing weight. Just to inform everyone I am pleased to say that I went from almost 200 lbs to 175. It's so difficult to get your weight down after you have a child, but to all of the mothers out there, stay determined and focused because you will attain you goals if you diligently work to achieve them! Ideally I would like to get down to a healthy weight which for my height would be in the 145-150 range. Ultimately this is what I will continue working toward until I achieve it. I'll keep u posted!0
