I have been on MFP for 2 years now and successfully went from 175 pounds to 150 pounds. I spent a LOT of time trying to figure out what calories worked for me, how I could make food that actually filled me up and trying endless amounts of recipes that I could enjoy (and get my husband to eat). My friends kept telling me to share my recipes, so I have! Subscribe or bookmark my site as I will continue to post my low calorie recipes. I typically don't make anything more than a 400 calorie meal and they are always delicious! Enjoy

The zucchini pasta for say 3 large zucchinis makes enough for 3 people and is only 150 calories (then you have to add for your sauce).

The cauliflower rice sushi is more than HALF of what regular sushi is. Mine turn out to 100 calories a roll!!!
