1st week down - 6lb down :)

Ive been trying to lose weight on and off for ages but have found the evenings hard and binge eaten... however i started my diet again and im determined to do it, not stop til im 24lb down and at my target weight

This week, my first dieting again ive lost 6lb and im really pleased!! :)

    congratulations! If I may ask how are you curbing your evening snacking. I do amazing well from morning till 8p, but then right around 9/10pm, i get craving to munch. someone suggested cottage cheese. how bout u?
