Hey
I not new to MFP, I lost about 50 lbs but have gained back about 15 . This took me at least a year..however there was a lot of stop and go.
Anywho, I have set a new goal- 20lbs
Im not going to slack like I have been. Its time to work my *kitten* off. So my question is.....
How long did it take for you to lose 20lbs???? With hard work and honest logging lol. How long did it take?

Approx 1 lb per week average is a healthy way to lose. So give or take 20 weeks....0

8 weeks. Healthy weight loss is .5-2.5 lbs/week generally. Having said that, if this 20 lbs is going to put you right at a goal, it could be more difficult and take a lot longer. Assume closer to .5-1.5 lb per week.0
