swimming my way to a better me

I have logged in for a total of 80 days straight! I have been swimming at least 3days a week. I had lost 15lbs on this journey but I am frustrated at this point. The scale says I have put back on 4lbs. Over the last three weeks, I have been swimming at least a half a mile each time. My arms are toning and my chest is strong. I can finally see a waistline! But no weight is coming off :( I get on the scale and i am forever disappointed! I feel good and strong though! Should I just go with how I feel instead of the scale?:yawn:
