I am noticing that I am constantly going over my daily sugar intake but am staying around my calorie goal and am making my protein goal. Should I cut back and try to avoid sugars or is this ok?

My sugars are always over, mainly due to fruit consumption...I don't tend to watch my sugar intake because of that...0
