Sugar

I am noticing that I am constantly going over my daily sugar intake but am staying around my calorie goal and am making my protein goal. Should I cut back and try to avoid sugars or is this ok?

    :flowerforyou: how are you getting your sugars? are they from fruit/carbs/candy, just what are you eating taking you over?

    My sugars are always over, mainly due to fruit consumption...I don't tend to watch my sugar intake because of that...
