Wondering how many of you track by using an HRM vs. MFP data base???? I just got a H3LL of a deal on one and will be trying it out tonight at zumba (since there has been no REAL way for m to know my actual burn)....

HRM is going to be more personalized.
Online I have no idea how they calculate it but it is not going to be accurate nor is it going to adjust for effort put in. Also as you get in better shape the number of calories you burn is going to change.
HRM over MFP database anyday.
Now if you are not eating your calories back either way then it does not matter as much obviously0
