    zero calories sounds like its a pile of chemicals. I've had the tofu shiritaki noodles and they're decent. Different texture than regular pasta but not bad.

    Hmm..no I haven't. But anything onthe side bar advertisement probably IS a gimick, even if they say it's not. Plus you have to buy them on the internet? Eek.. Try "Skirataki" noodles,. you can get them at any store. While they don't have ZERO calories, it's a great healthy alternative.

    I meant SHIRATAKI, sorry. And reading through that, they're pretty much the same thing. tofu noodles. Just be careful because no matter what you cook them with, the liquid is a fishy smell. So take them out of the bag and drain them, rinse them with hot water and toss until heated and rinsed. Then cover it with hot marinara, veggies, whatever you want. It's pretty good, takes some slight getting used to. Spaghetti squash is also good.
