Eat above or below your BMR?

I calculated my BMR and it said that I burn 1232. To maintain my weight, it would be 1479. If I ate between those two numbers, would I still be able to maintain or possibly lose a TINY bit of weight?

BMR is basically coma calories, and I am not in a coma, so I like to eat above my BMR.
As for your numbers, the maintenance number seems awesome low and close to BMR - are you sure you calculated correctly? what site or info did you use?0 -
^^^ mmhm. make sure that numbers right. Sounds like maybe you are underestimating your activity level.0
