Sugar free chocolate pudding or a piece of dark chocolate.
I had cut out wine completely, but after seeing all the folks who are still able to enjoy it - I just might have to add it back!0 -

My Beautiful wife makes some of the best lower calorie deserts EVA. I have a variety of cobblers/crisps/pies/cakes. She keeps the calories lower and we can always make room for a reasonable servinig.
Would she be willing to share her recipes?0 -
I blend up an iced cappuccino most nights. I usually have it with Breton Minis and aged white cheddar.0

Fruit (like chocolate dipped or w/ custard or something)

I don't save room everyday... but I have treats several times per week.
I find it's easier for me to stick with this if I go for high quality treats even if that means small.
(And sometimes I say screw it and eat a fried lemon pie from the grocery store-calories available or not. I'm not perfect.)0 -

I reserve a couple hundred calories for an evening snack every day. Part of my planning. I usually make a sorbet-like blend of frozen fruit, protein powder and almond milk (typically rings in around 270 calories). But on the days that I run, I allow myself to go with something a little heftier. Ice cream (usually the Breyer's lower sugar stuff...whatever that label is called). Beer. I like sippin' beers, so a good run gets me one beer with dinner and I'm OK with that.0

Skinny Cow Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Sandwiches...mmmmm.....150 calories and oh, so freakin' tasty! :-) Also, I really like the 90 calorie Fiber One brownies. AND, I keep a small bottle of diet rite in my fridge to take swig when the mood hits :-)0

Chocolate in any form. Especially when combined with peanut butter or sea salt, omnomnom.0

Cereal usually. I am a huge cereal fanatic. But pretty much only the bad, sugary kinds of cereal, so I have to limit myself.
Other than cereal though, I enjoy a yummy (not so good for you) smoothie and apple slices with a bit of peanut butter and a few dark chocolate chips. Yum!0
