I have a TON of food sensitivies. I recently just found out what I can and cannot eat. I've had stomach issues since 2007 and just this past month I have finally figured out everything that's wrong with my stomach. I went to a naturopathic doctor (I've only seen her twice) and she has done wonders for me!!! :D I try and look on the brighter side of my food restrictions, this is going to help me lose weight and it's kind of forcing me to be a healthy eater haha. Some people eat certain food then feel guilty about it...If eat eat food I'm not supposed to I not only deal with the guilt, but I'm in pain for days and it completely messes me up. If anyone else is similar to me, what kind of foods do you eat? I eat pretty much the same thing all the time, looking for some suggestions :)

Heres what I deal with :p

Milk- Only aloud flax, hemp or rice
Cheese- Only aloud goat/sheep feta
Eggs- Egg whites aloud. Yolk once a week

COMPLETE ELIMINATION
Almonds, barley, coconut, gluten peanuts, rye, soy, spelt and wheat.

Dairy messes me up. Bloating, irritates my ibs, plus sinus issues. I avoid it as much as possible unless I think it will be okay to be sick but isn't often. I have replaced dairy with soymilk, and sometimes use daiya cheese but usually I replace cheese with fresh pico de gallo or avocado in mexican recipes.
