I'm not sure how old this website it, but I would love to hear from anyone who has met their goal weight and maintained it for longer than a year, and has not gained any of it back. I keep hearing about howso many people lose-gain-lose-gain for years and I am hoping some of you with long-term success will share your stories. I have recently met my goal, and it is true that nothing tastes as good as skinny feels! But after 4 months of measuring and weighing, I still don't feel ready enough to "eyeball" my food to make sure my portion sizes are accurate, and now that I'm on maintenance I worry that it will be so easy to slip in a few extra calories here and there... so I would love to hear some inspirational stories from you folks on "maintenance" on how you keep yourself accountable

Whole bunch of people on here-- hope they chime in.
For me-- I've kept it off for a year. Still 11 pounds from goal, though-- rascally last ten pounds giving me fits--
but, ya know, as they say-- dance with the one that brought you, my friend-- measuring and portion control got you this far-- stick with it. Don't take anything for granted.0 -
I started weight loss in December of 2008. I technically reached my goal in January of 2010. I have been within a couple of pounds of my goal since October of 2009. I have had no problems keeping the weight off. I do still come here to keep myself honest. But if I don't get around to loggin in dinner or a days worth of food, I don't stress about it at all.0

There are more! I think they just didn't notice this post or don't care to comment. Haha.
As for me, I haven't reached my GOAL weight but I lost 39 pounds last year and have kept it off for a year.0
