2 pounds in 2 days

i have lost 2.1 pounds in the past 2 days. Don't get me wrong, that makes me very happy, I'm just concerned that it's too much. I have been under my calorie goal for weeks and have started running again. During the past 2 days i'm talking about i ran for 30 minutes one day and nothing the next day, and was under my calorie count both days. Anyone have any imput, should I be worried?

    I noticed that when I first started exercising and counting my calories that I really dropped a lot of weight fast but then my body adjusted and I average around 1.5 pound a week now.

    I know when I first started MFP i lost the first 10 pounds very fast, then 2nd 10 were a little slower, I'm almost at 30 pounds lost. I guess I won't complain, as long as I'm exercising and eating healthy then I shouldn't worry.
