This morning I thru in:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Black beans
diced onion
canned tomatoes with jalapeno, onion and peppers (from last years garden)
and a bud light
And some spices

So easy and yummy.

What are your favorite Crockpot recipes?

    i did corned beef and cabbage with veggies for st patricks. i don't eat meat, but apparently it was really good lol
