do you count it in your daily water count? or do you reserve that for plain water only?

I count it in my water count, but I also log the packet since it does have a caloric value - and I'm glad I read the label because I found out that one packet is two servings!

I count some of it in my daily water. I used to be a member of Weight Watchers many years ago and they used to say that half of your water could come from other drinks as long as it is caffeine free. Weight Watchers has changed since I went so this may have changed too. Remember to count your calories since propel is not calorie free! Good luck!

I love my propel! I count it as water. I just log the packet & as Hpruett said, 1 packet is 2 servings.

i log the packet and the water. propel is the only way i can get water throughout the day. i have such an aversion to water, the taste gags me. the only time i can drink plain water is when i'm either super thirsty, or i'm working out. and it needs to be ice cold, i know thats not the best for you, but it's the only way i can stand to drink it.
