TRX! MY NEW FAV

I have just started going to a monday TRX class which I love! if you havnt used one i highly recommend you try it out. Most trainers will have one!

For those that have tried it how would you log it? its mainly strength training but it really does get your heart rate up so i have been logging it as strength training for 45mins comes to about 95cals burnt, What are you thoughts? or not to log it at all and just log by cardio
