    i would put myself around intermediate with my lifting..can deadlift two times body weight...do about four sets at 5 reps each of chin ups+ 45# and can squat about 1.4 times body weight..bench press still needs some work ...

    i would say advanced. i've been doing HIIT cardio and interval weight training for more than a year :)

    cardio wise, I'm in better shape now than I have been for 30 years. Still not great, but I don't feel like I'm going to keel over after a workout.

    strength wise, I'm way down from where I was 5 years ago, but I'm also 50lbs lighter. After not lifting for 2 years I'm getting back up there. I'll be at a bodyweight bench for 5x5, and 4 plates a side on squats for 5x5 soon enough.

    overall I feel a lot better about myself and I'm dedicted to becoming leaner, stronger, and more fit. I should have done this years ago.

    Getting stronger,bigger,leaner, and faster everyday. Its a work in progress.
