Here we go...aGAIN & again!

SoooOo il start off by saying jan 1st i weighed 65kg im only 5'2. my motivation was my wedding.
Through alot of gym and HARD HARD WORK and lots of calorie counting (thanks FITNESSPAL~) I lost 15kg!!
i actually felt great, looked great and felt exactly how i wanted to on my wedding day. dec 10th 2012)

now lets fast forward to march 2013. i am now at 54.5. ive gained 5kg and iv lost all muscle definition and i have watched my body loose tone, strength and confidence is lower than what i was when i was 65!- this could be due to when u are bigger u never realise how big u really are.

so for the last yr ive tried to loose 5 kg but havent!, this is WHY iam back on fitness pal. i need motivation to loose it but this time No gym. (just walking)

anyone got any advice or tips? i probably should know all the tips as i did it back in 2011 but i guess im needing support. im sick of the "fat" rude remarks !
