LBT (legs, bums, tums)

Hi all, I'm about to do my first LBT class in ages. I was wondering how other people log this class in their exercise diary as it doesn't recognise it for me. Thanks for advice in advance

    I put mine in as Aerobics general at low intensity, it's hard to work out how much an individual will burn doing LBT unless you have one of those watches that can figure it out for you as it takes into accounts various information.

    I am thinking about getting one of the watches to gain more of an accurate insight though.

    I do DVDs at home, and record as low impact aerobics for less active toning and general aerobics if there's more jumping around (or if I'm being more energetic!)

    If this is something you will be doing regularly, an inexpensive heart rate monitor will calculate your calorie burn for you.

    Put mine in as Legs, bums and tums at 60 minutes = 300 calories:smile:
