Hi, I am trying very hard to eat better because I know when I eat well, I feel well.
I have started making steels oatmeal over the weekend and have that on my break almost every day with raspberries or blueberries. I have also started to make 5-6 hard boiled eggs for something quick to eat.
It's not always easy because I have a hard time turning someone down if they call me to go out for lunch. I make lunch but working through lunch is making me feel exhausted.

My husband goes for a walk with a friend every day during lunch instead of going out to a restaurant or staying inside. Would that be a possibility for you?0

Yeah, I would suggest trying to do something else on lunch, like run an errand. Sometimes I'll use that time to go to the pharmacy or post office, etc. I've also set one day a week that I allow myself to go out to lunch, usually Friday. And that's it. I know every other day I have to just eat what I brought. So, because of that, I've tried hard to mix it up. Another healthy dish that is easy to reheat for lunch is homemade turkey chilli.0

Grilled chicken salad, no croutons, dressing on the side. Every restaurant offers it. Don't even bother opening the menu.0
