I'd thought I'd introduce myself. I'm 25, male and from Hull in England.
A little background I've always been fairly stocky lad, but over the last year or so I've really piled the pounds. I got weighed just after Christmas and weighted 229LBS(I'm 5ft 11) and felt really crap about myself. So made a food lifestyle change. I downloaded the app on the 7th January and now weigh 209LBS.
Mainly all I've cut out are convenience food, cut down on bread, sugary soft drinks. I eat a lot eggs, chicken, fish, veg and fruit.
My first target is 195LBS and after that I'm aiming for 181LBS.
