I have been eating healthier since the beginning of January. I started off at 129lb in which my goal weight was a 114lb It has been long and steady progress as i don't have much to lose so i had been losing about half a pound a week which was fine.

I have been doing cardio 2 times a week and also 30 Day shred and No more trouble zones 3 times a week. I have noticed that i am not as flabby on the arms and my legs are more toned and i am now 122lb but i am stuck there and i have seen no improvement to my stomach at all. I have measured my waist and i am still 28in after 2months.

To be honest, i don't really want to lose anymore weight as i think i look fine but my stomach still has a lot of fat on that i can grab which has been there since i had my daughter. I can't seem to shift it. That is my main problem which makes me the most unahppy.

I feel i have been working hard and yes i have had the odd treat out where i eat out with my husband and daughter but i refuse to deny myself that as i am not big anyway..

Need some advice! Thanks!

Problem areas are always the last to go. I've lost 40lbs so far and my stomach is still my biggest area, it is smaller but not how I want it. I saw the difference on my arms, thighs and face first.

It's frustrating because i don't want to lose anymore weight really but if i don't i wont lose it on my stomach but seeing as you can't tell your body where to lose fat i am scared i will end up being really skinny but still with a flabby stomach!

You should focus more on BF% instead of scale weight at this point.. I would suggest taking a look at strength training programs to get the results you want.

If you are doing strength Exercises (i.e. Lifting Weights) you can maintain your weight but still loose the fat. The first time I lost weight, I lost a LOT of Muscle and ended up being a skinny fat guy. This time, I stopped short and I am lifting while trying to lose my last 30 lbs. While this is slow, I can see the improvement weekly - even if the scale does not move.

My stomach is where I hold weight. I only have a few more pounds to lose so I've been focusing on building muscle and burning fat to lower my body fat percentage. I have some loose skin - just a bit of extra tug from all the weight I've lost. It's not possible to spot reduce fat so I've been focusing on all over strehgth training. It's getting there...slowly.

That's pretty much all i want to do now. So should i eat at maintenance and do strength training to get there?
