I'm not arguing the pros and cons of the shake weight, or if it, in fact, works or not, i've heard mixed reviews and was curious about it, but i wouldnt pay £20-£30 for something i didnt know would be beneficial to me.
but i was wandering around in B and M today and my boyfriend jokingly said "lets get a shake weight in here it'll be a fiver" but down the next aisle lo and behold the base model shake weight that sells for £20 for a mere fiver. and i figure just to curb my curiosity a fiver is definitely better that 20 quid.
just thought i would share incase anyone else was curious at all.
