I want to add some more stength training to my workouts. I am looking for a solid, high intensity, workout that works as many different muscles as possible, in about 30 minutes. Basically I need something that will kick my behing in about 30 minutes, that I can do 3 days per week. Thanks in advance.

We have a cross pump class at my gym that lasts about 45 minutes. It's pretty intense circuit training. I leave feeling pretty exhausted.0

This covers a lot of territory ...... do you belong to a gym .... are you looking for barbell, dumbbell, resistance band, or body strength exercises???
Power yoga is great overall strength training .... no weights required. This is more than 30 minutes .... but it's chaptered ... easy to break down ....http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-video/the-biggest-loser-weight-loss-yoga-5608
Dumbbells /barbell.... depends upon what equipment you have (or what you want to buy) ..... Kelly Coffey Meyer 30 Minutes to Fitness videos are great .... http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-video/kelly-coffeys-30-minutes-to-fitness-muscle-definition-5766

I do not currently belong to a gym. I do not know, at the moment, what kind of training I am looking for, as I am new to all of this. I am looking to increase my physical strenth and gain muscle. I have dumbbells and resistance bands. I have been working with them a bit, but I really need a regimented, organized workout so that I can get the most effective workout for my time.hanks again.0

Try this:
Squat press
Spiderman push ups
Pull ups
Jump squats
Side laterals
Jump lunges
Do 30 seconds on then 30 seconds rest for 4 times each with as much weight as you can handle. Bet you don't make it through 15 minutes the first time.

Full body compound lifts. Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Overhead Press. Follow a tried and true novice routine like Starting Strength or StrongLifts 5x5. As you progress, the workouts will take more like an hour than 30 minutes though./0

Look for videos on youtube, or your local library. Since you are a beginner ... stick with your current equipment for now .... but look for some different videos ... test drive a few different things to see what you like. If you like it .... you will stick with it.
Resistance band DVDs ..... I like these 10 Minute Solutions DVDs .....http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-video/10-minute-solution-tighten-and-tone-pilates-6240
and this DVD http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-video/10-minute-solution-tone-trouble-zones-7837
You pick 1 or up to 5 ten minute sections (whatever you have time for). The heavier the band .... the more resistance.
Kelly Coffey Meyer has a 30 Minutes to Fitness DVD that uses no equipment. This is great because there is a modifier ..you can start there ... and then move up. The DVD has "pre-mixes" .... that mean there are 2 - 30 minute workouts plus 4 more (various lengths) .... easy to fit something in
