3 oz 97 % lean turkey heated on a skillet
1/4 cup shredded mozerella

    i had a salad with
    romain lettuce
    cherry tomatoes
    1/8 cup of shredded cheese
    yellow peppers
    bacon bits
    and tomato and oregano salad dressing

    then i had a delmonte fruit popsicle for a snack

    An apple
    and....don't judge me...a scoop of chocolate ice cream. It was so good!!

    A absolute yummy ww chicken enchilada (self prepared last night for dinner) with salsa. Grapes and 100 calorie pack for snack. Still have not ate the 100 calorie pack but I promise to eat it by 4. I have really screwed myself by not eating all my points for the last 2 days. Now I feel like I am over eating just to get my lousey points for the day!!:devil:

    Homemade veggie soup and a small salad with Newman's Own Lite Asian Sesame Ginger dressing. This dressing is soooo good.
