Hey!
So, my mom lost over 100 pounds and when she lost it she still had excess skin and it did not tighten no matter how many workout she did to try to help that, so she got a tummy tuck. Now she has me worried that it might happen to me, and I don't want to go into surgery. Do you know if this happens all the time or if there is a way to stop that from happening?

As you lose fat and your loose skin begins to appear, the first rule is: don’t panic! Because it is a living organ, your skin will slowly return to a shape that fits your new body !! Loose skin happens to those who lose a lot of weight !! if you dont have much fat and a lot of weight on then u wont get any !!0

depends entirely on the person, depends on how fast you lose the weight, how long the skin has been stretched (how long you've been overweight) and the amount of elastin you have in your skin, which you can do nothing about. Slow steady weight loss is the best though. Like in life, there are no guarantees to anything0
