Gaining weight question

I’m 5’4” and was at 112 lbs. my doctor determined that I should be 125 lbs. I’m trying to increase to 115 lbs for now, and I work out by rollerblading 4-5 days per week, at least 8 in one hour (I used to figure skate/play hockey). I’m on a medication that makes it a little hard to eat a lot; sometimes I don’t feel as hungry. I’m using MFP to keep myself in check to A. Make myself have enough food to keep me energized to exercise. B. Don’t go over. C. Either Maintain or Increase my weight healthfully.

Since I’m trying to increase my weight, I’ve been calculated by MFP to consume 1780 calories, and I’ve been doing that, and “eating back my calories”. I read that MFP may not be accurate with the exercise calories per other posts, but I’m too cheap for a HRM. Rollerblading is a good exercise though and I know I should actually do some decent calorie burning.

After a couple of days of this though, should I expect a 2 lb increase (even though I want to gain 0.5lb/week) or is this just the body’s reaction to a some-sort-of binge and it should regulate soon? I’m already up to 114 and I don’t’ want to gain weight too fast.

Thanks in advance
