Getting back on track

Hi MFP

Just started last week and am keeping on track so far, this year I need to loose at least 2.5 stone to get healthy, was horrified when my community nurse told me I was categorised as obese according to my BMI. So 2013 is my year to get fit with the help of MFP.

Let the music begin....................
