Eat the guy at the gym that grunts and groans excessively... he surely enjoys a high-protein diet, so you get double protein. Maybe triple...

    Dog and cat count, too.

    That would be meat...

    Non meat protein sources:

legumes and grains together (separately if you are eating animal products, but if not, you need to eat them together to get complete proteins); cheese; eggs; greek yogurt; protein bars/powder; textured vegetable protein, tofu/soy products, nuts. veggies and fruits can have protein as well, but they are not protein-dense.

heh. the other day i was eating from some fast food joint and my wife teased me about it being horsemeat instead of hamburger. i told her that i wish i had known that before i ordered. because now that i know it's actually real meat (of any type) I would have ordered to of them.

Any food containing protein. Are you asking which foods are high in protein? Egg whites, protein powder, meat, fish, etc. are all high in protein.

Protein powder is confusing. Because if I mix protein powder with water, then I can't count it as water or protein??
    It's a 2 for 1 thing.

Does it have to be just meat?

What about meatloaf? Or if I have a hamburger?

Sometimes I don't like eating just meat, so I put hamburger helper in it.

Should I still count it as protein?

Absolutely not. Only raw meat, fresh off the bone, from an animal you have just killed yourself can be counted as protein.
