Adult Birthday Tradition

My daughter has recently gotten her first apartment and her 20th birthday is this week. I would really love to start a new tradition that I can continue through her adult years. We've always gone out to eat (their choice), gifts, parties - the usual. I'd just like to start something that can continue on no matter where she is in life.
