Going Grocery Shopping. Name the foods that you absolutely need to have in you absolutely need to have in your kitchen while on a healthy diet?
For me its almond milk, Fiber One cereal (original), eggs and whole wheat bread.

with few exceptions, I can cook everything I like with these and some sauces/sour cream0 -
