How do I track weight machines?

I am trying to figure out how to do this. I did reps on various ones and am trying to get it logged now...

    You can use Circuit Training.

    I'd only use circuit training if you're doing sets in quick succession with little to know rest. It is really easy to over estimate ST calories burned. Honestly, you don't burn that many during the workouts, the benefits come after. I use a generic entry on another site that does a "token" amount of calories burned.
