What do I do?

We went out to eat tonight and I can not find the nutritional information for what I ate. Our database doesn't have it either. How do i record it if I can't find it? HELP!! Oh we went to Cracker Barrel. I pigged out but I hadn't really eaten all day so I was starving. Any suggestions?

    Check their website. Typically you will find the nutritional information for ANY restaurant on their website.

    Check Cracker Barrel's website for nutritional information. Otherwise, you'll have to find something in the database here that is similar - or never eat at Cracker Barrel again. lol.

    i've never eaten at a Cracker Barrel, and I don't plan to ever start!
