Made up this lil recipt last week!

Wholewheat Pizza Crust (I bought mine premade 4.5 G's of Fat)

1/4 cup of Low Fat Alfredo Sauce, added 2 gloves of Minced Garlic - Spread on Pizza Crust

Topped with
3 Cups of Fresh Spinnach (It looks like a lot but when it cooks it's not so bad)
1 filiet of baked, plain salmon - flaked and topped
2 Tablespoons of Parmesean cheese - for flavor
1 Tablespoon of Capers

I tell you my boyfriend Loves it! as do I! The worst thing is the Parm Cheese, which is half the fat of even Feta!

Baked at 350 for 15 minutes! :D
