5 days in a fell off the wagon...

I guess I just want to vent a little, been doing so well for past 5 days on here and then today fell off the wagon. Things are a bit rough at home at the moment and I came home from work and went crazy eating carbs (oatcakes, muffins, two bowls of shreddies and more, I feel embarressed writing it down).

I'm still in my work clothes and my dress now feels like it's straining at the seams. I am such an emotional eater and I feel like I've just undone the past 5 days hard work and a brilliant weekend of exercise.

Feeling glum but just going to have to pick myself up again tomorrow. Feel like I never learn.

    We all fall off the wagon at some point. The most important thing to remember is that one bad day will not ruin all your hard work, and just jump right back onto the wagon tomorrow!

    It's okay. We all do it. Go for a walk. It'll help clear your mind and get your metabolism moving a bit to burn those carbs ♥

    Aw, thanks for the support.

    I'd go for a walk but it's evening time here and really snowy and yucky outside. Will do some other wee exercises instead I think, good idea.
