These are my absolute favorite granola bars. They are heavy and full of good ingredients to fill you up!
160 calories per bar, but if you exercise lot they are a great snack to have pre or post workout.
They also us PB2 which is my favorite peanutbutter subsitute.

Ingredients in Granola Bars:
Oats, 1.5 cup
Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
Splenda Sugar Blend, 3 tsp
Wheat bran, crude, .5 cup
Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Flour, white, .75 cup
Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (30g), 1 serving Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .5 cup, hulled
Salt, .75 tsp
Honey, .25 cup
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
Dates, 5 dates
Coconut, raw, .5 cup, shredded
Unsweetened Apple Sauce .75 cup
P2B chocolate or peanut butter (4tbls)
